_popping off
i went to Peter Bloom Gallery yesterday. it was an all-star line up of artists, not showing there greatest works, but showing on average one small drawing each.

this idea is not meant to be subversive or transgressive in any way. it's meant to be a spectacle. i wanted to stand there at the threshold of the gallery space. i wanted, from that point of view, to see all of the works simultaneously blow off of the wall. with a small firecracker like sound they would all fly off onto the floor. i would love to see this. over and over and over again.
